The Reweave Restoration Fund
Turning Degraded Ecosystems into Restored Landscapes through a modular, Circular Community-Led Restoration Investment
-
The name REWEAVE originates from over two decades of professional experience working alongside indigenous communities globally. In these cultures, nature is not viewed as a commodity to be extracted, but as the fundamental fabric upon which all human well-being depends.
The name signifies our core mission to "reweave" the torn relationship between modern industry and natural ecosystems. By intersecting ecological restoration with sustainable fashion and traditional indigenous knowledge, REWEAVE represents a conscious effort to stitch ecological balance and cultural heritage back into the fabric of the modern economy. It stands for a shift from extraction to regeneration.
ABOUT Us Reweave Collectives is a system change framework founded to transition extractive models of ecological restoration into a whole-system collective restoration vision, with deep partnership with Indigenous and rural communities at its center. Managed as a social enterprise by our parent non-profit, we safeguard all foundational innovations, trade secrets, and intellectual property in trust for the communities we serve. Together we heal the planet by learning from elders who have stewarded the land before us, building modular economic pathways to scale real ecological solutions.
" We have done the science, validated the material, established the co-operatives, and local partnerships. We are ready for market off-take and modular investment pathways to scale."

How we work : One Connected loop. Five ways to Invest
Land degradation and current climate crisis, are outcomes of a transactional relationship with nature. By integrating traditional values, and cultural practices, with Western science and technology, our circular restoration model, builds place-based economic systems with verified ecological outcomes.
To scale this work, the Reweave Restoration Fund allows angel investors, social impact investors, philanthropists, foundations, and corporate partners to the fund the specific segment of the loop that aligns with their mission. Whether supporting grassroot communities clearing or high-tech impact verification data systems, your capital fuels a self-sustaining ecosystem.
How does it benefit communities?
Reweave Restoration Fund empowers communities through our modular investment pathway to drive Nature Based Solutions and become key players in a collective land restoration vision, that is rooted in culture, tradition, and reciprocity.
Five Operational Nodes One Circular Loop
Community-Led Harvest : Rural and indigenous partners remove aggressive invasive biomass and woody overgrowth, instantly creating additional local jobs, improving community revenue, local biodiversity, ecological health, elephant habitats, and native forest health.
Current opportunity : We have successfully established the “Invasives to Heritage Fashion” model from our pilot. We are currently seeking partners to scale our model beyond the pilot.
The Design and R&D Engine : Supporting the R&D for localized processing hubs of raw biomass into botanical dye, molded packaging, and exquisite hand-woven textiles for “Invasives to Heritage Fashion”.
Current opportunity : Our First line of Heritage Textile and Eco-packaging has been successfully capitalized and de-risked. We are currently seeking designers and creative entrepreuner’s to anchor our next line of Sustainable Heritage Fashion
Circular Processing: Women-led co-operatives transform degraded biomass through our proprietary circular closed-loop into high-value products, by weaving cultural and traditional practice prototyped in our Innovation Hub to create and design commercial Restore Earth products.
Current opportunity : We are currently seeking angel partners to fund production of our next line of Restore Earth & Heritage Fashion products.
Supply Chain Integration : Securing commercial forward-purchase contracts, work order, and corporate offtake agreement from international fashion and eco-packaging brands to displace fossil-fuel plastics with non-tree premium Heritage Fabric and sustainable packaging
Current opportunity : Our prototypes from phase-I are available for sustainable design houses, B2B and B2C heritage and designer brands to expand our network of co-operatives.
The Data Engine : Fund Youth-led co-operatives and Reweave Partners to measure and build field verified AI/ML ecological metrics and data systems to monitor impact. Build future Scientists and Reweave partners - bringing rigor, transparency, and accountability to our impact, and provide institutional partners with transparent, verifiable impact reporting.
Current opportunity : Sponsor baseline assessments of biodiversity across our pilots.
Our milestone proof of concept
Our Source : Degraded Habitat
-
Swapping Carcinogenic PVC Flex with Regenerative Eco-Fiber.
Pilot vs Scope: 300 sq. ft. flex removed in 2025. Scope to remove 2000 sqft from Tier 1 Indian Cities.
Impact :
Intercepts microplastics and toxic runoff before they enter river and ocean systems.
Revitalizes the rural heritage weaving economy by re-establishing natural fiber crop value chains.
High-visibility corporate ESG sponsorship alignment via urban climate outreach and modular local processing units near by degraded forest and rural communities.
-
Restoring culture, economic crisis, and Asian Elephant Habitat
Geography: North Bengal, Manas Biosphere Reserve, and Karbi Landscape, India.
Current Traction (10 ha) vs. Scope (5000+ ha) to scalable (10,000 ha)
Timeline: 2025 - 2030
Impact :
Restores critical biodiversity and elephant migration corridors.
Reclaims unproductive cropland and degraded tea gardens.
Converts harvested invasive biomass into localized circular economic products (e.g., heritage textile, eco-packaging).
Climate Mitigation outcome
Reweave Restoration Fund powers restoration by transitioning our “initial traction tested” Heritage Earth products from our Innovation Hub —> the commercial supply chains, establishing the economic engine that fuels local jobs, weaving - local cultural practices, and scalable restoration of native trees, and culturally relevant species for socio-ecological outcomes, ensuring permanence of ecological intervention.
Reweave Restoration Fund | Empowering our co-operatives to reverse biodiversity and economic collapse through a circular restoration engine integrating Cultural Restoration, Innovation, and Market-driven land stewardship vision for a sustainable future. Build with us, to restore degraded land with scalable economic solutions
Corporate ESG Buyers : Partner with us for sourcing high-visibility eco-packaging, plastic-diversion, and heritage fashion products from our network of co-operatives, alongside restored biodiversity and carbon sponsor ship.
Angel, Philanthropy, and Social Impact Investors: Inquire about our localized processing of biomass for non-tree fiber production under our 501(c)(3) framework. Sponsor our next line of Heritage and Restore Earth products.
